How do we know how much we are able to save with First Payment Systems? Simply email or fax a monthly Merchant processing statement to our offices for a comprehensive analysis of your overall rates. We will then contact you to review our analysis and provide you with our proposed rates and your savings going forward.

Do we need to sign a long term, binding agreement? No, you do not. First Payment Systems has supreme confidence in our ability to compete in the marketplace with our combination of pricing and service. Therefore, if for any reason, you feel that it is in your best interest to transfer processing to another provider, we will honor that request.

What is the process to switch services? Our team of service professionals simply dials into your processing terminals, or accesses your web based configuration to change your merchant ID numbers to point to the new, lower rate tables. There is no interruption of your transaction services or impact to your customers. Additionally, your banking deposit process remains the same.
